
The scientific and pedagogical staff of the department, in addition to teaching, is also actively engaged in scientific activities that contribute to increasing the level of efficiency of the educational process, improving the educational content regarding the modern state and trends in the development of automation and control systems, implementing advanced forms of educational and methodological support for the training of specialists, improving teaching methods etc.
The main forms of scientific activity of the department staff:
- writing training manuals, monographs, scientific articles, etc.;
- participation in all-Ukrainian and international scientific and practical conferences;
- internship of scientific and pedagogical staff of the department in institutions of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine, educational
institutions of Ukraine and foreign countries; - scientific cooperation with state authorities, local self-government, scientific
institutions, enterprises of various types of activities, etc.; - involvement of students in scientific work;
- preparation of PhD dissertations for obtaining PhD degrees by post-graduate students
of the department.
