The educational program “Computerized control systems and robotics” in the specialty 174 – “Automation, computer-integrated technologies and robotics” (151 – “Automation and computer-integrated technologies”) is aimed at training specialists who will be able to develop, implement and manage computerized control systems in various fields, including robotics, technological and organizational systems.

The program is based on theoretical and practical knowledge of the methods and principles of system analysis, automatic control theory, mathematical modeling, and technical automation tools. Students will study programming of microprocessor devices and systems, industrial PLCs, and automation system design. As a result of studying the program, they will be able to understand and analyze various types of computerized control systems and robotics, develop and implement software for their control, and design and configure automation systems to meet the needs of various industries.

This program can be useful for students who are interested in studying robotics and computerized control systems, as well as for those who plan to work in the field of automation and integrated technologies. In addition, studying this program can give students the opportunity to develop their skills in programming and robotics.

Master’s Degree

The objects of study and activity for masters in automation, computer-integrated technologies and robotics are the following: control objects (technological processes, production, organizational structures), technical, informational, mathematical, software and organizational support of automation systems in various fields. The theoretical content of the subjects includes the methodological apparatus of synthesis, design and research of objects and automation systems. The student of higher education become proficient: modern methods and tools used for analysis, synthesis, design, debugging, modernization, operation and research of control objects and automation systems of complex organizational and technical objects and computer-integrated technologies.

The program is based on knowledge in the field of methods and principles of system analysis, modern theory of automatic control, information theory, mathematical modeling and technical means of automation. The program focuses on specializations within which a further professional and scientific career is possible: robotic complexes and systems, automation of business technologies, information and management systems.
