Our Laboratories

Electric drive laboratory: obtains a variety of equipment for performing laboratory work in disciplines related to industrial automation: “Fundamentals of electric drive”, “Local control systems” “Automated control in technological systems”. Students work with different types of DC motors, asynchronous and synchronous motors, stepper and servo motors, various drivers and converters. Including drives installed on various stands, such as: robot manipulator “TUR-10”, conveyor line prototype, turbo expander unit.

Microcontroller equipment laboratory: serves for students to study various microcontrollers, microcontroller complexes and single-board computers such as: Arduino, STM32, ESP, raspberry pi and various related equipment. These devices are used in many disciplines related to controller programming, design of microprocessor systems, learning the basics of programming, embedded, IoT.

Laboratory of industrial controllers (PLC). Industrial automation comprises an important aspect of our specialty. . The laboratory is equipped with a PLC and various equipment from the manufacturers Siemens, Schneider, Danfos. Students learn to program controllers, design PLC-based automation systems and related equipment, and create HMI operator interfaces.

Laboratory of Automation Technical Tools: used for students to study the various equipment needed to create a variety of automated control systems. Students study the principle of operation of various sensors, elementary executive mechanisms, learn to operate and adjust this equipment, acquire practical skills in laboratory work.

Laboratory of 3D technologies. The department uses 3D printers for the disciplines related to drawing, design, and 3D modeling in order to teach students during laboratory work, and there is also an opportunity to work with CNC technologies in practice.
